Gerald (Gino) Baumann, Associate Director in (Arequipa) Peru (1963-1967) and Country Director in Bolivia (1967-1971). Born 1926 in Switzerland; died March 13, 2013 in Coyal de Alajuela, Costa Rica.

At the 50th anniversary celebration of the Peace Corps in Washington, DC, which he attended, Gino was honored with a ceremony hosted by Amigos de Bolivia y Peru, where he was presented with a proclamation from Aaron Williams, then-Peace Corps Director.
