Linda Frye

Linda served as the Elections Judge for Amigos de Bolivia y Peru.  Many of you may remember Linda as a PCV (Venezuela & Bolivia) and from the Thirtieth Anniversary of the Peace Corps celebration when she walked proud to carry the Bolivian flag across the bridge over the Potomac River from the Arlington Cemetery.
